The Peruvian Grape season is officially underway and off to a strong start. Here is your first peek at our Ivory grapes, fresh off the field in Ica, Peru.
The team celebrated the first grapes of the season, and nearly five million pounds have already been harvested. Up to this point, the variety has been our early Ivory green seedless. It will be followed up soon by the start of Autumn Crisp and Sweet Celebration.
The weather in Ica, Peru, has been favourable for our harvest. Combining this with an unparalleled level of demand, our teams are working hard to meet customers’ eager timelines.
As the season progresses, the team at Vanguard Peru anticipates a total crop of approximately 3.6 million cartons with harvest completing in early March.
