1991 – Vanguard founded by Craig Stauffer and Guy Kisling
             in Washington State, USA
1995 – Santiago, Chile sales and procurement office opened
1996 – Cape Town, South Africa sales and procurement office opened
1997 – Joint venture established with Adriafruit, Genoa, Italy
1999 – Established procurement operations in Auckland, New Zealand
2000 – Name changed to Vanguard International
2002 – Shanghai, China sales and procurement office opened
2003 – Taipei, Taiwan sales and procurement office opened
2005 – Genoa, Italy sales and procurement office opened
2005 – Joint venture established with Riverfruit of
             Cape Town, South Africa
2006 – Phuket, Thailand sales and procurement office opened
2006 – Jakarta, Indonesia sales and procurement office opened
2007 – Joint venture established with JAK Fruit, Mildura, Australia
